Guarantee & Refund Policy

Delivery Terms: All physical products are shipped from our warehouse in Nevada, USA within 1-3 days of your purchase, unless you hear from us differently.  We ship by FedEx and USPS in the US and around the world.  All digital products are available upon purchase by instant download.

 

Guarantee & Refund Policy: We want you to be MORE than satisfied with the information delivered in our products and programs. We’re giving you 30 days to test-drive every product we deliver or program you enroll in. So if for some reason the programs don't meet your expectations, just return the materials to us for a full refund. Also, if any product is defective, return it within 30 days and we will be happy to replace it.

Please note: There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

 

Live Events
If after attending a Senssoma LLC Live Event, you are not 100% satisfied we will refund your money 100%. You must attend the entire event to be eligible for a refund. Refund must be requested in writing within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event.  If you are unable to attend for any reason, we will convert your ticket to a non-refundable credit that can be used towards any Senssoma LLC product or service.  NOTE: All materials must be returned to Senssoma LLC
