We’re Rachel Flower and Benjamin Allen, the creators of Senssoma. Following our success in Australia and Europe we’re excited to bring our certification program to the US, We are trainers, speakers and authors, fascinated by the mind/body/spirit connection. Over decades we’ve studied under many great teachers and masters in India, South East Asia, Europe, Australia and the US.

Drawing from all this wisdom we created the unique Senssoma process incorporating our very own Quantum Sensing. We’re proud to say that our trainings and retreats have touched thousands of lives - and they’re still talking to us!

Coaches, therapists and counselors all over the world are thrilled to incorporate it into their practice, so we must have done some- thing right. They know shift happens most easily when you tap into body wisdom, and when you can have fun in the process!
