I’m Rachel Flower, and I’ve been running retreats and training programs for change agents, corporate teams and entrepreneurs for over 20 years. Getting Back on Track
It wasn’t so long back that, after one or two major business setbacks, I found myself stressed, exhausted and overwhelmed. My hormones were in a mess, I had stage 3 adrenal fatigue, and I wasn’t sleeping well. Not exactly the best foundation for the kind of work I do, which is all about helping people get their act together in life and business!
Well, when I started using Essential Oils to deal with my own stress, anxiety, overwhelm, hormonal imbalance, adrenal fatigue I noticed huge changes immediately. My sleeping patterns returned to normal, I was feeling sane again, more grounded. I was clear again. I could THINK. All of which is pretty handy when you’re trying to run a business. I have many, many similar stories to tell.
